ITILの次期バージョン"ITIL V3"がリリースされたようです。

上記のpdf冊子には、今回の5冊の本と著者の紹介が載っています。著者はさておき、書籍の方からそれらしい説明の部分を抜いてみます。
・Service Strategy

provides guidance on the production and maintenance of IT policies, architectures, processes, systems and documents for the design of appropriate and innovative IT service solutions and processes.
・Service Transition

私、書籍自体はまだ入手していません。買わないといけないですね。
